We took over this project in May 2025 and optimized it from the ground up – with German quality standards. Here's what has happened since then.
Acquisition of the existing development in Sanur. The raw construction was already completed – we developed the project with a completely new vision.
New architectural planning with focus on maximum quality: floor plans optimized, space layout improved and entire design concept completely redesigned.
Additional bedroom integrated in Villa A and B, outdoor areas of Villa B and C completely redesigned. New floor slabs installed, bathrooms redesigned.
Completely new roof construction installed and electrical and plumbing installations laid to the highest standards.
Floors tiled, walls plastered, bathrooms completely built out and interiors finalized. The interior is complete.
